Yes, the interface is already up - it seems to happen mainly when my laptop is put to sleep for a while (I don't know exact timing... but could be minutes or hours), @TheLumberjack re-produced it on his side as well. There's nothing special about the apps that stop working (it seems to be the same ones - proxmox's web interface is my "test" for this as I know it will stop working).
