# My hosted zrok v2 account is stuck

My hosted zrok v2 account is stuck.

POST /share returns:  
[500] shareInternalServerError

After disabling, POST /enable returns:  
[500] enableInternalServerError

Deleting the environment from the API Console also fails.

Please remove/reconcile the dangling environment and associated  
controller/OpenZiti resources.
