# Stuck environment and share throwing 500 error on web console

Hello,  
I am unable to delete a stuck environment and its associated share from my hosted zrok account. The web console throws a 500 internal server error ("An error occurred releasing your environment").

The stuck environment details:

- **Environment ID:** `9F22gJ6cI`
- **Stuck Share Host Info:** Host shell; localhost; android; aarch64

Could an administrator please manually prune/delete this orphaned environment and its shares from the backend database? Thank you!
