# Stuck legacy environment throwing 500 error on CLI

Hello, I have an old environment from a deleted VM that is stuck. I managed to fetch its environment `zId` using `zrok2 list environments --json`, but running the `delete environment` command returns a 500 internal server error.The stuck environment ID is: `5-aZ3oicjK `.I'm also not able to delete it from the console (An error occured releasing your environment `5-aZ3oicjK.` I want to keep my email private, so I will happily send my account email address via a DM to whichever administrator can help prune this database deadlock on the backend. Thank you!
