@scareything can you do the same fix for apple desktop edge too? I think it is fixed on Android by @ekoby , only Mac store is pending. Please release official version for windows and mac and let me know please. Thanks for your support.

Has something changed since you started this thread?
Iβve been waiting for a few outstanding issues to be resolved before putting the latest version into the app stores. As we discussed here there are no easy rollback options when installing from the app stores, so Iβd like to be sure that the release will work well for everyone before releasing.
Nothing changed from then thread, initially I posted only for windows because majority almost all clients uses windows so it was major issue. Now it got resolved. Meanwhile only one client and internal engineers uses Mac PC for them upgrade was also having same issue. So fix you have done for windows should be same fix for Mac app.

I suspect the macOS user(s) are seeing a different issue than the one we fixed in Ziti Desktop Edge for Windows v2.8.6.0. The problem that we fixed with the Windows client (the fix was actually in ziti-sdk-c v1.10.1) was introduced with ziti-sdk-c v1.9.5 (or later). The macOS client thatβs currently in the App Store uses ziti-sdk-c v1.6.6.
Can you get the logs from the macOS user by any chance?
