# Zrok console returns 403 from Morocco — regional restriction?

Hi team, is access to the hosted zrok console intentionally restricted from Morocco?

On 20 October 2026, [https://api-v2.zrok.io/](https://api-v2.zrok.io/) returned HTTP 403 (Server: awselb/2.0) from my connection and two independent Globalping probes in Fes: BrainStorm Network (AS136258) and HOSTOWEB (AS37738). The same test returned HTTP 200 from Tunisia, France, and the US. [myzrok.io](http://myzrok.io) login works, but I cannot reach the console to retrieve my account token.

Could you confirm whether this is a geographic/WAF rule, why Morocco is affected, and whether access can be restored? Thanks!
