Error: [POST /enable] enableUnauthorized

Hi everybody , I hope you accept my highest respects.
Hi, I’m using the hosted Zrok service with account: “strongtower1”.

When I run zrok enable “account token” --headless against https://api-v1.zrok.io, I get:

the zrok service returned an error: [POST /enable] enableUnauthorized

This happens from both Kaggle and my local machine (VPN off).

Can you confirm that my account is correctly provisioned for api-v1.zrok.io and that this enable token is valid?

Could help me out to email Zrok Cloud support or…share me their email for responses?

Thanks in advance

My best regards

You can send more details to support@zrok.zendesk.com for direct private support.

Hi Mike
last night I stayed late until I figured out to manually delete the nodes created here”https://api.zrok.io” from Python commands on Kaggle. After that , I refreshed the page and created a new token, also..with eyelids almost closed ( I slept in chunks of time) asked to Leo Brave, if I would have the same problem“ error post/enable [401] enable/unauthorized" in Zrok and the AI responded:
When the 401 error should be gone

You should not see [POST /enable][401] enableUnauthorized again if:

  • Your account now has fewer than the allowed number of environments for your plan (e.g., ≤2 on the free plan).[openziti.discourse]

  • You are using the account token from “Enable your environment” in the console, not a registration or share token.[openziti.discourse]

  • The environments you deleted really disappeared from the list after refresh (no “ghost” environments left).openziti.discourse+1

so with the previous procedure done, I went to sleep. Now today…I will try again to open the tunnel with python commands from Kaggle Hopping that I could, without problems, if something against happens again? I will post it here, and send an email to the provided email address.
However please confirm me the next question: “It is mandatory to get in to Zrok dashboard (https://api.zrok.io) and delete the created environment manually after each use and termination of the Jupyter notebook cell in kaggle, if the same will not be used again in the same day?”
Thank you very much for the immediate response, that reflects highest levels of commitment and looking for excellence of the service, I feel pretty appreciated!
My best regards
