Today I randomly got this error connecting to zrok

I usually use the zroks endpoint to forward my flask server daily and it has been working fine until today, todady when i tried connecting it gave me this error:
[ERROR]: error creating zrok api client (error getting version from api endpoint 'https://api.zrok.io': Get "https://api.zrok.io/api/v1/version": read tcp 192.168.18.75:53363->3.93.142.37:443: wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.: Get "https://api.zrok.io/api/v1/version": read tcp 192.168.18.75:53363->3.93.142.37:443: wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.)
some assistance would be really appericiated.

Hi @Proximity,

You got that from the zrok share side? That's definitely a zrok.io endpoint. Could you have been on a restricted network? (work, hospital, bank, high security facility)???

I ask because that looks like the network terminated your connection out from under you. Sometimes network security experts will do this for services like zrok.io (or others).

If you were at home, that's just strange and makes me wonder how many times it happened? If it was one or two times, I'd say maybe your ISP was having a bad day and you were unlucky?

Does it end up self-healing or do you have to restart zrok?

I am on a work network tho there are no such restrictions on the network as i manage it myself i have checked it over two different networks indeed and still am getting same issue

Sounds like it's probably not intermittent then, right? it happens every time you try to zrok share or every time you try to zrok access or both?

If it's always getting blocked, have you verified there's no endpoint protection type software running too? I've see stuff like "antivirus" (or other more emphatic endpoint protection software) terminate connections too... If it's consistent every time, are you willing to share your account email and exit IP here on discourse DM (or by email to clint at openziti.org) and I'll ask someone in our zrok ops side to look to see if anything stands out from our end.

"it happens every time you try to zrok share or every time you try to zrok access or both?"
yes, but i will still verify if there is anything blocking the endpoint and then give you the update.
