Ziti issue. Add identity with URL

Hello! When I try to add an identity to the url, I get this error...

Do you need my logs?

Hi @hitoffskiy, welcome to the community and to OpenZiti!

Can you explain a little bit more about what you're doing? Are you trying to add an identity by url? What url are you using? Adding an identity by url requires the controller to have a pre trusted cert, like one from let's encrypt. Do you have that already?

Also, make sure the ziti-edge-tunnel service (ziti) is running. If you have the pre trusted cert established, then sure, you can send a feedback zip to Clint at OpenZiti.org.

Hello! Thanks for the quick response. Yes, my ziti service is running... I'm trying to connect to URL

I also tried delete\re-installing ziti, but nothing changes.... Maybe there are some territorial restrictions?

this is my log

It looks like the service is down or not reachable.

Is the service bound to a router?

In the CLI you can investigate with

ziti edge policy-advisor -q services SERVICENAME # Check the state of the service SERVICENAME

I figured it out, "The service is not available in my country"
Does vpn can help me?

Hi @hitoffskiy, how did you determine the service was not available in your country? Where did that error come from? I can't do too much with the small snippet of UI logs. I also was hoping to see your other logs that the help->feedback command produces.
