Helm chart change preview

A few upcoming changes to the Ziti containers and the controller and router Helm charts (GitHub diff).

  1. Ziti v0.28.0 (planned changes)
  2. Run as user “ziggy” with UID, GID 2171
  3. all containers’ shell environments have ziti CLI auto-complete
  4. controller container automatic ziti edge login for CLI management
