I am using zrok2 v2.0.4 on Windows 11 with:
Local zrok2 status reports that no local environment exists.
However, the API console contains a stale environment:

Running zrok2 enable <redacted-token> returns:
[POST /enable][500] enableInternalServerError
Trying to release the stale environment from the API console also returns:
request failed (500)
Please reconcile/delete the orphaned environment and its associated
OpenZiti identity/policies from the hosted backend.
