Stuck zrok2 account – enable and web console release both return 500 error

Hi zrok team,

My hosted zrok2 environment is permanently deadlocked on the backend database.

When I try to run the client executable locally, I get the following error:
[POST /enable][500] enableInternalServerError

I logged into the web API Console dashboard to manually delete and release the stale environments and shares, but the website throws a "request failed (500)" server error as well.

Please completely purge and reconcile the dangling environment mapping, stale OpenZiti resources, and deadlocks tied to my account profile so I can complete a clean configuration reset.

I can provide my account email address privately to the responding admin. Thank you!

I have the same problem; I can't uninstall it, and I get a 500 error. It's most likely a problem with zrok; we're waiting for a fix.

How can I delete this? I keep getting an error.

I'm also facing a similar problem, which looks related to this issue - Disabling an environment leaves stale `share_name_mappings` and `frontend_mappings`, making reserved names unusable (HTTP 409, then HTTP 500) · Issue #1268 · openziti/zrok · GitHub

I created and deleted a few env/shares initially, I think, but somehow I am now in limbo. I am not even able to do step 4 from the docs: Step 4: Create your first share | NetFoundry Documentation.

Getting this error on zrok share public 9090

[ERROR]: unable to create share (unable to create share: [POST /share][500] shareInternalServerError "")

I have a similar problem. For the past four days, I've been seeing this error 500 when creating or deleting an environment.
