Stale 429 Rate Limit Error on Share Creation (Account Reset Needed)

My zrok account is completely locked out from creating shares due to a persistent rate limit error that has lasted for several days.

When attempting to create a share for my environment using zrok2 share, it consistently fails with the following error:

[ERROR]: error creating share (rpc error: code = Unknown desc = unable to start share: unable to create share: unable to create share: [POST /share] share (status 429): {})

The same HTTP 429 occurs regardless of whether I attempt a normal public share or use a reserved name, indicating a systemic controller-side or IP block on my environment state.

Please repair/clear the stale share/frontend mapping or controller-side environment state for this account so that my environment can create shares again.

Thank you!

Can you send me your account email in a DM?

Hi! Thank you for replying! Really appreciate it!

I put specific details in the PM reply since it had account-specific info in it, but note for others that may follow this thread later.

We've recently implemented a rate limiter on the share creation by IP address. Typical share creation should work for all users, but if some process is stuck in an endless loop retrying to create the same share over and over again, this is what will trip the rate limiter. We did this to try and protect the platform's performance for all users.
