ZDEW after resuming of hibernate take a minute to work

Is there way speed up zitified address to work after windows hibernate resume?

Like this morning when I opened my work laptop it resumed from hibernate and logged in, it takes about a minute to zifified address to work again. Internet connection (WiFi) works right a way after login.

I have Windows 11 (24H2), ZDEW 2.6.2.0 and single controller version 1.4.3.

That's certainly not what I'd expect either. I'll file an issue with the ZDEW/zet/c-sdk. I'd expect connectivity to restore within a few seconds as well.

thanks for filing. How long was the hibernate? I assume it was overnight based on your post, but just looking to verify it's not shorter.

Also are you using an IdP to auth or is this a JWT/cert-enrolled identity?

Yes, it was over night hibernated.

No IdP in use (yet  ), so just regular JWT enroll.

Hi @timnis, I had the opportunity to test this out just this morning. I hibernated my laptop and woke it at 13:03:02.954Z and had a successful connection 20s later. I was in a loop, sleeping every 5 seconds.

It seemed "pretty immediate" to me, but it could probably be a bit better. Overall though as a human, it didn't feel "slow" to me.

Can you elaborate on your observations and possibly look at the logs to see how long things are taking for you?

Cheers

I try remember tomorrow morning

Thanks. I actually don't see a single "ziti dial succeeded" because the logs are not on DEBUG level. I assume both odoo2 and wazuh were both being attempted and eventually worked, correct? Looks like it took "about a minute", yeah. Thanks for the logs.

Yes, both odoo2 (by browser) and wazuh (by process) were attempted.

Here is from this morning DEGUG log, if needed.
