Error 'Provided code could not be verified' after setting up MFA

I’m encountering an issue with Ziti Desktop Edge after setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Hi @garry0, every time I've seen this is the past has been due to clock drift on the controller or on the windows machine.

Ensure the Windows time service is running and ensure ntp is running on the controller. The clocks need to be within about 30s for it to work. (I'm practicality they should be about 1s apart if time services are running)

Also, when reporting a problem, please look through the logs on the tunneler for any errors. It really does help us help you. The logs should have a pretty clear error that would tell point point to this problem. Could you check the logs for any errors at this time that might help confirm this problem? Also the logs on the controller are often very valuable too. If there's nothing useful in the tunneler logs, there usually is something useful in the controller logs.
