Wonder why isn't there a native arm64 CLI build for MacOS?
Successfully compiled from the source code.

Historical only reasons, tbh. At the time we set things up, GitHub didn't have native M+ runners (which it does now).
Someone else pointed it out and this PR was merged a week or two ago Adding CI support for MacOS arm by gberl002 · Pull Request #1748 · openziti/ziti · GitHub
They should show up when the next release comes out...
