Password Resets for my public zrok not firing

Hello, I am trying to upgrade my infra to use zrok 1.0.2. I have a dev server that uses zrok to get some webhooks from Square. I am trying to login to the new https://api-v1.zrok.io/ but my credentials do not work. I tried sending password reset, no good. I am still logged in on the old https://api.zrok.io/ so I tried to change it on there but thats not working either. I tried resetting it from the https://api.zrok.io/ in another browser but not good there. I was able to reset my auth0 password for myzrok and Im able to login there and see my usage and so forth. Anyone have any idea what I might need to do to reset the password on the public zrok instance?

Did you check your spam folder?

Hi Michael, I have been monitoring it for the last hour or so to see if something trickles in but I'm not seeing it. I can check with my boss and see if the rackspace thing has a email filter on it. Whats the sender for the resets?

I believe it's configured to be the same as for invites... ziggy@zrok.io

I also just tested it and it showed up immediately for me. Might be an email issue of some kind.

Please let me know what you find out?

Ok apparently our mail server was blacklisted yesterday and is still on one list UCEPROTECTL2
I'm not sure if thats what it is or not. Checking to make sure we dont have anything blocking @zrok.io
