Unable to login to my ubuntu machine in which ziti installed after adding identity in my windows client.
Welcome to the community!
It will take some more information. Do you have a service defined to host ssh on the Ubuntu node? I assume so, but to be certain. In your windows client, do you see the service listed? If you pull up the app from the right task bar, you will see the network name, and if you click the > arrow, it will list the services. That's to check and make sure the policies are setup to provide your Windows identity access.
If those are both true, the easiest next step is to use the policy-advisor tool. On your network controller, login to Ziti, then run ziti edge policy-advisor services The output will show you the identities that have bind and dial access to the service and if they have common Edge Routers. If those don't line up with what you expect, it is probably a service config issue. If all of those look OK, you can check the Controller log or journal for errors, or you can configure the controller to output events, specifically fabric.circuit events, and find the failure code which can tell you a lot.
