ZAC - two dots next to the user name

I am logged into ZAC using the Admin user.. so I assume if the first button is green... its an active user.

However.. there is another user that is the edge router that has two green buttons..

what does the second mean?

The first dot is an active api session, the second is showing an active router connection.
