At first, I thought it could be a certificate issue, however the root and intermediate certs are correctly loaded into the keychain and set to trusted. I also checked the web page of the controller and was able to connect without any cert validation errors.
I am not sure why its only affecting some users, my own macbook is on v26 and I dont seem to have the issue. Other mac users on MacOS v15 are not reporting any issues either.
I am kind of lost at this point, and I am assuming it could be MacOS v26 acting up as i’ve read other VPN solutions have been experiencing issues as well.
The error message that you shared happens at a place in the application that deals with “mfa” enrollment. I also noticed that the MFA toggle in your screenshot seems to be enabled. Are you by any chance using MFA posture check policies?
Interesting. There is no cloud/key icon in screen shot you shared here. Could you increase the log level to TRACE from the “Z” menu, and reproduce the issue and the logs to me?
sorry for the late reply I was away for a week. I instructed the user to reboot the laptop and then the cloud icon became functional. I’m not sure why but for now we are all good on the Mac client.
