Account returning HTTP 500 errors

Hi,

My zrok account has been returning HTTP 500 errors on every account/share operation since this morning (Sep 6, 2026). It was working fine yesterday.

Errors seen:

  • zrok share public <url> → [POST /share][500] shareInternalServerError (empty error body)
  • zrok disable → [POST /disable][500] disableInternalServerError (local env cleanup succeeded despite this)
  • zrok enable <token> → [POST /enable][500] enableInternalServerError (tried with both my original account token and a freshly generated one from myzrok.io — same result)

This happens consistently across two separate machines/environments tied to the same account. zrok overview before the disable showed the account, environments, and a reserved share name all looking normal (no leftover/orphaned tokens).

Status page shows all systems operational, so this looks account-specific rather than a general outage.

Could someone take a look at my account state on the backend? Happy to provide the account email privately if needed.

Thanks!

It doesn't seem to be an account issue. I just created a new account and encountered the same issues creating and deleting environments. This is most likely a zrok-level issue. We're waiting for the team to fix it.
