Are there command line options for Ziti Desktop for Windows and Mac?
Here is my scenario.
- An engineer installs ziti desktop remotely from command line
- The engineer remotely enrolls an identity from command line
- The engineer rejoices from command line
- at the end there is cake in meatspace
There's no 'brew install' or 'winget install' at this time but it's a topic we consider routinely. Sadly, no cake today. Someday, perhaps.
Ok, how about something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\NetFoundry Inc\Ziti Desktop Edge\ZitiDesktopEdge.exe" --enroll c:\temp\cake.jwt
or something like that?
I think I can live with a manual install... and I think there was a reference to a clever powershell deployment. If there is a way to enroll an identity... that would be pretty awesome.
There's no way to enroll like this, at this time. I don't know if that script has a way to enroll. @NicFragale can you comment on that?
Hey @jptechnical and @TheLumberjack - Are you referring to this Powershell utility I wrote a while back? I haven't tested it recently, but I don't think much has changed requiring an update it it.
