Request failed (500) when releasing environment (DbSX1q-R7j) - Account limit reached

Hi,

I am a paying user of the $7/mo zrok plan. I am currently unable to create or delete environments.

When I try to delete/release the environment JADIERPC\jadie@JadierPC (zId: DbSX1q-R7j) from the web console, I get a "request failed (500)" error. I don't have access to that machine anymore.

Because this environment is stuck, I have reached the limit of my account (currently showing 8 environments in my overview) and cannot enable new ones.

Could you please manually delete/remove the environment DbSX1q-R7j from the backend?

Here are the details of the stuck environment from my zrok overview JSON:

Thank you!

Hi @jadieraristizabal Sorry for the issues you're experiencing. Please try to delete the environment from the web console again as system is now operational. We had some issues that were causing the (500) errors & were keeping users from creating/delete environments.
