Hey, i'm playing minecraft with 3 more friends. I followed the many youtube guides the guys from zrok uploaded and got it up and running, we were all playing together with no problems but today one of my friends tried to join and got the message in the title. I read that it might be because of some limit but its weird that we didnt have that problem like yesterday. Any guesses on how to fix? is there an interface so i can see how it looks like? i only have a single reserved private share on my account.
Howdy, @kexo. I'm sorry you ran into trouble. Let's figure it out.
It sounds like you're using NetFoundry's public zrok instance, https://myzrok.io. Is that right? If so, your account is subject to your current pricing plan's limits, and you can see your account status and usage in your myzrok dashboard.
If that error message persists, it could indicate you've maxed out your account or the person running zrok access private has maxed out their account, or they're using an invalid private share token.
In case you set up a zrok.io account without myzrok, you can sign up in https://myzrok.io and link your zrok.io account to see the dashboard, change your plan, etc.
If you're unsure how to proceed you can share your zrok account email with me privately and I will check your account status.
If you're self-hosting zrok, let me know because the troubleshooting steps will be unique to that situation.
Hi, sorry for the late response. I will share my account email with you since we didn't fix the problem, he already regenerated his token and also disabled then enabled, a few days ago he did that and it worked but now its not working for some reason.
EDIT: What would be the best way to share it privately with you
